We’re excited to introduce Course Filters, a powerful new tool in the Upsi app designed to help you plan your perfect disc golf outing in just a few taps. Whether you’re squeezing in a quick 9-hole warm-up or organizing a full-day road trip to championship-caliber layouts, Course Filters make it easier than ever to discover the courses that meet your exact needs.

Quickly narrow down hundreds of courses by hole count and activity level. No endless scrolling.

Tailored to Your Day
Four length options let you match your schedule and energy: ≤ 9, < 18, = 18, or ≥ 18 holes.

Play with Confidence
Filter for “Active Layouts” and “Favorite Layouts” to find courses that are well-maintained or beloved by your community. It makes it easy to ensure that the course you're planning on visiting is current, not seasonal or unmaintained jungle.

Available Filters

In the first wave we're bringing in two filters:

1. Course Length (Free for all users)

   • ≤ 9 Holes - exactly 9 or less holes, for a quick 9 or less

   • < 18 Holes - less than 18 holes, makes it easy to find "shorter courses"

   • = 18 Holes - full length courses only

   • ≥ 18 Holes - when looking for a longer rounds

2. Course Activity (For Upsi Black subscribers)

   • Active Layouts: Played recently by many users; likely well-maintained

   • Favorite Layouts: Frequently used by the local community; guaranteed to be current

We'll be releasing additional filters are added throughout the summer.

How It Works

• Open the Filter Panel

  • On the Map tab: tap the filter icon at the top-left

  • In Course Search: tap the filter icon at the top-right

• Select Your Filters

  • Pick one of the course length option and/or

  • Toggle Active and/or Favorite Layouts

• Apply & Explore

  • Tap Apply filters. your map and course list instantly update with matching courses.

To clear filters, open the panel, tap Reset, and then Apply filters again. Filters are active globally throughout the app until reset.
